Lydia Salus is a Program Coordinator at the Wisconsin Coastal Management Program (WCMP). She provides outreach to coastal communities and manages projects with a specific focus on coastal hazards, habitat, and resilience. Prior to her current role at WCMP, she was a J. Phillip Keillor Coastal Management Fellow with WCMP and Wisconsin Sea Grant. Lydia’s past work has included ecological restoration fieldwork in Wisconsin and Illinois and science outreach about coastal hazards and resilience on the Wisconsin Great Lakes. She received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities as well as a Master of Science in Water Resources Management with a focus in Hydrology and Watershed Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
