LNRP Named 3 Sheeps Brewery Nonprofit of the Month; Hosts April 19 Earth Day Fundraiser

SHEBOYGAN, WIS. (Feb. 26, 2026) — Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership (LNRP) has been selected as 3 Sheeps Brewery’s Nonprofit of the Month for April 2026. Throughout April, $1 from every pint of 3 Sheeps’ Wisconsinitis sold at the Sheboygan taproom will be donated to LNRP to support local water conservation efforts.

The partnership culminates in the Lakeshore Love Brewery Benefit on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 12:00–5:00 p.m. at 3 Sheeps Brewery. During the event, $1 from every pint sold will directly benefit LNRP’s work protecting lakes, rivers, and watersheds across the Lakeshore region.

“This is an easy and enjoyable way for the community to directly support clean water in our region,” said Amy Lentz, Executive Director of LNRP. “Local partnerships like this make conservation accessible and impactful.”

The event is free and open to the public. Programming throughout the afternoon will include educational presentations, watershed trivia, raffle prizes, and family-friendly activities. Rachel Smith, an SFS PhD student researching freshwater mussels, will present at 1:00 p.m., highlighting the important role mussels play in water quality and ecosystem health.

As Nonprofit of the Month, LNRP will receive $1 from every Wisconsinitis sold at the taproom during April. Proceeds support science-based restoration, education, and community partnerships that strengthen water quality and watershed health throughout the region.

Community members can participate simply by visiting the taproom, enjoying a beverage, and raising a glass in support of local conservation.
